Ball Lightning Sorcerer - Icy Veins still lists this A-tier, but GAMES.GG (posted a day later) says plainly the old Ball Lightning meta is dead following the Unstable Currents rework. Direct source conflict on a build that's likely just outdated on one side - held back rather than guessed at.
Hydra Sorcerer - Mentioned only by Leprestore, not corroborated elsewhere. Hydra guides have a specific history of going stale on us before (excluded from the original build library for the same reason) - needs a second independent source before it goes on a ranked list.
Charged Bolts Sorcerer / Fireball Sorcerer / Static Field Blizzard Sorcerer - Single-source mentions (Icy Veins only), not cross-verified against the other two sources checked. Left off this pass.
