Charged Bolts — Main spam skill - stand close to elites/bosses to hit with all bolts at once. Triggers Aspect of Elemental Attunement and the Boundless mechanic on Unstable Currents.
Flame Shield — Defensive skill modified by Flash - generates Crackling Energy rapidly while granting Movement Speed and Dodge Chance.
Ice Armor — Grants a large Barrier, bonus Armor, and Unstoppable. Refreshes on hitting enough enemies - keep it up as much as possible.
Teleport — Mobility and enemy-grouping tool via Raiment of the Infinite - pulls enemies toward you on cast.
Frost Nova — Generates Mana, applies Vulnerable, and Freezes enemies - Frozen targets shatter via Azurewrath.
Unstable Currents — Ultimate - automatically triggers Chain Lightning, Lightning Spear, and Ball Lightning (do not equip these three on the bar directly).

Key passives

Ceaseless Conduit - sustaining Crackling Energy charges even at high Attack Speed maintains a 4x damage multiplier; this is the build's core damage engine.
Enchantment Master - slot Ball Lightning in the first Enchantment Slot (triggered by Charged Bolts hits) and Teleport in the second for extra mobility.
